Sheffield Children’s and Sheffield Talking Therapies will be present at Sunday’s Sheffield Steelers game versus Coventry Blaze to offer support and advice around managing trauma and wellbeing. They will be in the Blue concourse from 2.30pm.

The Talking Therapies team has worked hard alongside Sheffield Steelers to create a dedicated wellbeing hub, giving people a space away from the rink should anyone feel they need it. Anyone can access their free online resources to help those feeling anxious about going back to watch ice hockey.

Sheffield Children’s Healthy Minds experts have put together some tips for parents supporting children which you can download as PDF.
