Appointment change

It’s really important that you do whatever you can to attend your hospital appointment.

Missed appointments use up valuable hospital resources and can lead to delays in your child or other patients being treated.

However, we understand that sometimes it may not be possible to attend an appointment and in those circumstances it helps if you can give us as much notice as possible.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment please:

• Cancel via the Patient Hub
• Or call the number at the top of your appointment letter
• Or call our appointment team on 0114 305 3691, 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Please note we do not handle vaccination appointments.

When you call we’ll need to know the patient’s name, hospital number and details of their appointment.
