We know you will do your best to attend your hospital appointment. 

At this time of year though, we know lots of families will be heading off on their holidays. 

If your child won’t be able to come to their appointment, then please let us know. This means we can offer it to another child and they can benefit from receiving the care they need sooner. 

Missed appointments use up valuable hospital resources and can lead to delays in your child or other patients being treated. 

How can I pass my child’s appointment on? 

If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment, please let us know with as much notice as possible. You can do this by: 

  • Cancel via patient hub  
  • Call the number on the top of your appointment letter 

When you call we’ll need to know: 

  • Patient’s name 
  • Hospital number 
  • Details of their appointment
