I’m Bella and I’m a cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) in the SEDATT team, and am trained in CBT and CBT-E. I have worked in mental health since 2011 and seven of those years have been working with people with eating disorders.
I work with young people who experiencing aspects of their eating disorders that might be causing negative cycles that they can get stuck in. I might also see you if you are experiencing low mood or anxiety that is getting in the way of progress. We spend time understanding thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and try to find ways to challenge these and break the cycle.
