Ruth Kingshott has worked as a sleep physiologist since 1994. She obtained her PhD in obstructive sleep apnoea and daytime function. She qualified as an RPSGT in 2001 and she is also a registered clinical scientist. She works in the field of sleep and respiratory research undertaking research for Prof Heather Elphick. Her current research focus is on technology and paediatric sleep.
