Lauren Shiel

Lauren joined the Trust in February 2018 and is responsible for internal/staff communications, particularly IT project communications.

She has worked in external and internal communications and engagement for various public sector organisations since 2008 after she graduated in 2007, including the NHS, local government and higher education. She has a BA in English Literature and Film Studies and a postgraduate diploma in Public Relations.

Lauren specialises in developing internal communications campaigns, writing publications and delivering communications and web training. Working alongside design and print specialists, she has managed and created a number of campaigns and publications for local government, healthcare and higher education.
