Escalating your concerns

Are you worried about your child’s condition and feel like you’re not being heard?

Please follow these steps if you’re concerned about your child’s clinical condition:

1. Speak with your Nurse or Doctor
2. If you are still worried ask for the Nurse in Charge of the ward.
3. Still concerned? Ask to speak with:

• Ward Manager – 9am to 5pm
• 524 Site Manager – 5pm to 9am.
