Daisy Award

The DAISY Award is your opportunity to say thank you to a nurse at Sheffield Children’s for delivering outstanding care to you or your loved ones. 

We are proud to partner with The DAISY (Diseases Attacking the Immune System) Foundation, an international recognition program that honours and celebrates the skilful and compassionate care nurses and midwives provide every day. 

Nominations can be made by completing the online form below or by filling in a paper form available from our main receptions in each of our sites or you can email scn-tr.daisy.awards@nhs.net for more information.

Each DAISY Award Honouree will be recognised and will receive: a certificate, a DAISY Award pin, and a hand-carved stone sculpture entitled A Healer’s Touch.
