Vaccination clinic for children who are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable

We’re offering vaccination clinics so that children who are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable (CEV), or live with someone who is CEV, can get their next COVID-19 vaccination.

First, second or third (booster) doses will be available by appointment at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital site on the following dates:

Ages 5-11 on Sunday 29 January between 9.30am and 4.30pm – please use this online booking form to make an appointment. Please note that for this age group there must be a gap of at least 8 weeks between their first and second doses.

Ages 12-15 on Sunday 5 February between 9.30am and 4.15pm – please use this online booking form to make an appointment.

If your child has tested positive for COVID-19 and is CEV or is living with someone who is CEV, they need to wait four weeks after having a positive COVID test before receiving another vaccine.

Please do not book an appointment if your child does not meet the criteria above.
