Following the tragic incident at Sheffield Arena this weekend, parents may find the sessions and resources below useful. 

Sheffield Talking Therapies are hosting dedicated sessions for anyone who has been affected. These free NHS sessions are an opportunity to learn techniques to help you look after yourself after witnessing a traumatic event.
