Sheffield Children’s is getting ready for the next Do It For You Day on Sunday 5 November!

This is a chance for children and young people who have received treatment for cancer, or a bone marrow transplant at Sheffield Children’s to try out lots of different sports and activities. Each year The Children’s Hospital Charity fund the fun.

So what’s on offer this year? Take a deep breath first, there is… archery, cheerleading, climbing, cricket, cycling, fencing, football, frisbee, hockey, korfball, lacrosse, netball, rowing, rugby, swimming, water polo, and wheelchair basketball. Phew – that will keep you busy!

Thank you to everyone who is coming along on the day to help make this the special day we know it will be. If you’ve never been before, then take a look at the video from last year and see for yourself.

So we know how many people are coming along, please email scn-tr.doitforyou@nhs.net if you would like to join in or if you have any questions. We’re looking forward to seeing lots of you there!
