The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to information held by public authorities.

Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust publishes on its website a significant amount of information including Board papers and other reports. This information is easily accessible and may provide the information required without having to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
