Governor feedback on Non-executive Director performance

Every year we invite Governors to contribute to the appraisal of Non-executive members of the Board, including the Chair.

In response to your feedback we have tried to increase opportunities for you, as Governors, to see Non-executive Directors in action to help you comment on their performance.

Over the last twelve months individual NEDs have played a bigger part in Council meetings, explaining their role and, in some cases, leading on the presentation of reports / facilitating discussions. Hopefully this year you will feel able to comment on their performance.

The following pages give you the opportunity to share this feedback with us. Your responses are totally anonymous and you can complete as much or as little of the survey as you wish.

There is a single page for each NED containing a link to their profile, a simple scoring form and a space to add additional comments.

You will need to reach the end of the survey to submit your scores / comments, but you can skip sections if you don’t feel able to complete them by clicking through to the next page. Please just make sure you get to the end page (6 of 6) and press ‘complete survey’.

The deadline for submissions is XXXXXXX 2018 and all feedback will be used to inform individual NED appraisals which take place during March.

Thank you.
