Welcome to our area about patient views.

Our Trust values your feedback and we rely on patients' views to make a difference when it is needed. Read a selection of comments from patients and parents.

We carry out annual surveys of families who attend the Outpatients department at The Children's Hospital, Sheffield, Emergency Department and those who are admitted to hospital wards to find out about the experience they have had during their visit.

In addition to these regular surveys, we also carry out ad hoc surveys to look at areas where changes have been made or where we think improvements can be made.

The results of these surveys will be published on this page and involve the Parents and Parents Advisory Group and the Trust's Governors in trying to draw up an action plan where this is needed.

There are grey suggestion boxes in various areas around the Trust with pink suggestion cards for you to complete anonymously should you wish.
