Ward M3
Oncology & Clinical Haematology
Oncology and clinical haematology inpatients are cared for on our 14 bedded unit on Ward M3.
We have six isolation cubicles, these are mainly used for children who need to be isolated to prevent infections, for example Bone marrow transplant patients.
There are also four day case beds so some children can receive day case treatment on the ward.

We particularly use dolls to show the child procedures they may need such as a cannula and offer other supporting treatment.
