All Employees of the NHS have benefits that include a generous annual leave entitlement of 27 days plus eight bank holidays, (pro rata) rising to 33 days plus eight bank holidays (pro rata) after 10 years of service. In addition to this, all employees have the option of joining the NHS Pension Scheme which is a final salary scheme and currently has a 14% employer contribution rate.

The health and wellbeing of our staff is important to the Trust and all employees have access to support mechanisms such as occupational health and confidential counselling services should this be required. The Trust is also currently working on a variety of initiatives in order to value and support our employees' health and wellbeing.
