Parking information

Q. Where can I park?

A. There are limited parking facilities at most of our sites.  We would advise families and visitors to use public transport where possible to avoid delays due to parking limitations.

At Sheffield Children's Hospital there are two small pay and display car parks either side of the main entrance. On street parking is limited due to local restrictions, some time limited pay and display spaces are located around the hospital site.

At the Northern General Hospital there is considerably more parking available although at peak times this may also be very busy.

At Ryegate Children's Centre parking is limited on the site and on surrounding streets restrictions apply.

Q. Do you have disabled parking?

A. Yes and for blue badge holders there are some opportunities for on street parking adjacent to the site.  There are restricted disabled parking spaces at all of our sites.

Q. What are the charges for the car park?

A. Depending on the site you visit charges will vary. All car parking charges at our sites are used to fund improvements in patient care. Please bring spare coinage with you to your appointment if you need to park.  Blue badge parking is available.
