Policies

Permission must be granted before media can gain access to any Trust sites. This can be requested through our communications team who will work to accommodate reasonable requests and organise appropriate arrangements.

In the interest of our patients, we understand the importance of strict confidentiality wherever it is necessary for the individual concerned and will not divulge any information without acquiring the relevant consent from the patient or their next of kin.

Condition checks

For media wishing to check the condition of a patient, our communications team will contact the correct member of staff directly after a request has been made.
