Embrace clinical guidelines

These guidelines have been written to support the implementation of the Embrace Transport Service. They are a synthesis of best practice used in the region, and contain elements of previous guidelines used in Leeds and Sheffield. The overall responsibility for the decisions taken in regard to the individual patient concerned remains that of the referring healthcare professionals.
